Newmarket - Justin M. Gauron, 24, of Ladyslipper Drive, died October 25, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born September 14, 1988, in Exeter, NH, he was the son of Kevin P. Gauron of North Hampton, and Debbie (Burke) Garretson of Newmarket. Formerly of Plymouth, MA, he had resided in Newmarket since 2001.
Justin attended Grades 7 thru 11 in Newmarket, and graduated from Winnacunnet High School, Class of 2007. He excelled in sports and was a four sport athlete in High School at both Newmarket and Winnacunnet. Lettering with the Mules in Golf, Basketball, and Baseball, and with the the Warriors in both Football and Baseball. At Newmarket he set a HS course record with a score of 35 in his Jr. year at his home course at Rockingham Country Club, and anchored left field for a Newmarket team which made it to the state championship game in Manchester. After transferring to Winnacunnet for his Sr. year in 2006 he was involved in a wild 36-35 over-time loss vs. Exeter, finishing with 80 yards rushing and an 18 yard TD run resulting in his only Varsity touchdown for the season. He lived for sports following all the Boston Sports teams and attended many games throughout his life. Justin loved being with friends watching sports, playing video games, and listening and creating music.
He was presently employed at Foss Manufacturing in Hampton as a Line Manager.
He graduated from Plymouth State College with a BA in Criminal Justice, and was on the Dean’s and President’s List.
Justin is survived by his father, Kevin; his mother, Debbie and her husband Jeffrey; his two loving sisters, Jennifer and Haley whom he adored; his Paternal Grandmother, Carole J. Gauron of North Hampton, NH; Maternal Grandfather, John Burke and, Shirley McQuade of Newmarket; Step-Grandparents, Jim and Linda Garretson of Duxbury, MA; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home, 77 Exeter Street, Newmarket.
A Graveside Service will be held on November 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery, Exeter Road, Newmarket. Their will be a luncheon after the Services at The American Legion, downtown Newmarket.
