Rochester- Brandon David McDermott, 29, of Salmon Falls Road, died December 19, 2012 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Dover.

Brandon was born April 19, 1983 in Portsmouth, NH, and had lived in Newmarket for twenty years where he attended Newmarket schools.

He was employed at Macklin Construction.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Cathleen (Byrnes) McDermott of Farmington; his father, David McDermott of York, ME; his girlfriend, Carmelita Smith of Rochester; his son, Tucker Keith McDermott of Rochester; his daughter, Candice Petrone of Rochester; his brother, Brian McDermott and his wife Erin of Newmarket; his sister, Brenna McDermott of Virginia.

Visiting hours will be held at the Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home, 77 Exeter Street, Newmarket, on Saturday, Dec. 22nd from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a Service to celebrate Brandon’s life at 1:45 p.m. at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Greenland.

Rather than flowers donations may be made to Carmelita Smith.
